Description
Tobacco products; electronic cigarettes; minors. Defines "tobacco product" for the purposes of the prohibition on the purchase or possession by or sale to minors of tobacco products. The term "tobacco product" includes an electronic smoking device, which is defined as any product containing or delivering nicotine or any other similar substance intended for human consumption that can be used by a person to simulate smoking in the delivery of nicotine or other substance through inhalation of vapor or aerosol from the product.
