Comments
This is a dumb bill.
How are municipalities supposed to plan road maintenance and construction if they can't count on a reliable stream of funding from the state?
This bill is nothing but an attack on the transportation funding legislation that was carefully drafted and passed in 2013.
HB3 should not make it out of committee.
