Study; State Board of Elections; compensation of general registrars; report. Requests the State Board of Elections to study the compensation of general registrars in the Commonwealth and the potential impacts of increases in the rate of compensation. The study shall be conducted by a work group consisting of at least one member of the State Board of Elections, members of the local electoral boards, general registrars, and other persons as the State Board deems necessary.
