Description

Operation of mopeds; insurance. Requires drivers of mopeds to obtain a driver's license and maintains the requirement that drivers obtain a motorcycle driver's license when driving a moped over 35 miles per hour. The bill also applies the same insurance requirements to mopeds that currently apply to motor vehicles by removing the exclusion of mopeds from the definition of "motor vehicle." Read the Bill »
