Description

Auctioneers; exemption from licensure. Requires an organization to be a charitable organization granted tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in order to be exempt from licensure as an auctioneer or auction firm for sales, not exceeding one sale per year, by or on behalf of the organization.
