Description

Alcoholic beverage control; farm brewery license created; local regulation of certain activities. Creates a new farm brewery license and sets out the privileges of this new license and the state and local license tax. The bill defines farm brewery. The bill also limits application of local zoning ordinances to farm breweries in the same manner as farm wineries and specifically provides that no local ordinance shall impose minimum parking, road access, or road upgrade requirements on any licensed farm brewery.
