Health insurance; coverage for renewals of Schedule IV prescription eyedrops. Prohibits health insurers, health maintenance organizations, and corporations providing health care coverage subscription contracts, whose policy, contract, or plan includes coverage for prescription drugs, from denying coverage for early renewals of Schedule IV prescription eyedrops at least twice annually.
