Description

Elections; voter registration; early registration for persons 16 years of age or older. Allows persons who are otherwise qualified and 16 years of age or older to register to vote. The bill specifies that this early registration does not permit such a person to vote in any election occurring prior to his eighteenth birthday, except for those situations currently set out.
