Description

Community Action Act; duties of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade. Makes the necessary changes to the Community Action Act to reflect the transfer to the Department of Housing and Community Development of the duties of the designated agency under the Community Action Act. As a result, references to the Secretary of Health and Human Resources are changed to the Secretary of Commerce and Trade, who is responsible for the Department of Housing and Community Development.
