Description
Statewide Fire Prevention Code; inspection of buildings; exception. Provides that neither the State Fire Marshal nor any local fire official shall inspect the premises of any tanning facility as defined in 59.1-310.1 or other business establishment that does not have hazardous materials on such premises.
