Description

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program; distribution of benefits; restrictions. Provides that the Department of Social Services shall distribute TANF benefits only in the form of debit cards or direct deposits into savings or checking accounts and prohibits the distribution of TANF benefits in the form of a paper check.
