Updating the legislator photos on Richmond Sunlight, I see that Del. Mark Cole has joined the Beard Caucus. (Here he is pre-beard.) Danny Bowling and Phil Hamilton are the only other two in the coalition of the bearded. It?s one of the few bipartisan caucuses in the house. There are no beards to be found in the senate. Speaking of Phil Hamilton, I can?t decide who he looks more like: George Lucas or Kenny Rogers. If the latter, somebody should really nominate him for Men Who Look Like Kenny Rog...
