What about a 9 year old repeated sex offender who chewed his 3 year old brother's testicals until they were black and blue and molested his 2 year old half brother and his 4 year old sister. No child is safe around him. This child already has a police record and will be turned over to the State. He should be taken out of society for years of counseling but our State only offers outpatient care. At the age of 9 he has already been a sexual preditor for years and I pity his future victims.

He imposes his personal and religious beliefs on the citizens of Virginia and has a cadre of little helper bees in Jackson Miller, and the Republican committee of Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park. They have one goal and that is to somehow find a loophole to restrict access to women's health care. Notice that he introduced a bill that would prohibit women from undergoing in vitro fertilization unless she is married. Next, he will be standing at the foot of your bed asking for a marriage license before you engage in sexual activity. This is just the kind of guy he is.

I just learned that this bill has died in committe. Considering all of the more or less superfluous license plates that exist in our commonwealth, it is an insult that this bill, representing the Navy Chief Petty Officers was lost in a committee. It's just another fine example of how the state has let down its servicemen and women.

I know of a situation where a mother allowed her 14 yr old daughter to have sex with a 24 yr old man. The mother got mad at the man, turned him in, then testified for him when he went to trial. He served time and is now a registered sex offender. Why didn't the mother get time as well???? If she allowed this to happen she is just as guilty as the man.

The training required to obtain a CCW permit in Virginia is not that extensive. It's a basic firearm safety course with range instruction and proven accuracy at varying distances. It takes a day and some paperwork. I have no problem with extended carry ability of a prosecutor with statutory powers of arrest (e.g. in all states or locations that normally disallow, in the same manner a police officer may) but I would expect the training and qualification requirements to be on par with any officer of the peace.

Anyone using a firearm without proper training is more likely to do harm, even unintentional harm, than good.

Without this bill Puppy Mill owners will continue to enjoy their life of luxury, while our American pets are transformed into the most inbred, tumor filled, disease crawling species in the world... a reputable breeder, like my self, would be more than happy to see this bill pass!!!
