Description

Juvenile detention hearings. Provides that if the juvenile and domestic relations district court does not sit within the county or city where the charge is pending on the day following the day the child is taken into custody and there is no ability to hold the hearing electronically the judge may conduct the hearing in another county or city. The bill also states that the attorney for the Commonwealth, the attorney for the child and the parents may appear electronically.
