Description
Real estate reassessment; notice. Requires localities to add onto the notice to taxpayers of real estate reassessments (i) the amount of the immediately prior assessment amount, and (ii) the time and place of the next meeting of the local governing body at which public testimony will be accepted on any real estate tax rate changes.
