Description

Elections; definitions; residence; duties of registrars. Provides that an applicant to register may have more than one place of abode but only one domicile, which he presently intends as his primary home. Registrars are directed to make reasonable inquiries to assist the applicant to make an accurate determination of his residence status. This bill is identical to HB 1604. Read the Bill »
