Description
Virginia Retirement System; transfer of accumulated contributions. Makes a technical correction to allow all members who have a Virginia Retirement System (VRS) member contribution account and who become covered under a VRS Optional Retirement Plan to transfer their accumulated contributions to the optional retirement plan.
