Description

Commission on Unemployment Compensation. Repeals the section that provides that the authorization for the Commission on Unemployment Compensation expires on July 1, 2006. Repealing this sunset provision allows the Commission to remain in existence indefinitely. This bill is identical to SB 79 (Watkins). Read the Bill »
