Description

Birth parent recommendation of adoptive parents. Creates a new adoption procedure that allows the birth parent to recommend adoptive parents. Additionally, the birth parent can choose between more open parental placement adoption procedures or maintain privacy through use of the agency adoption procedures. Read the Bill »
