Description

Subdivision ordinance; easements. Modifies the timing for transfer of easements from a developer to a franchised cable television operator or telephone service provider. Existing language that refers to conveyance by reference on the final plat is amended to require conveyance within 30 days after a written request by the cable operator. Read the Bill »
