Description
Sales tax exemptions; medicines and drugs. Provides that medicines and drugs purchased by nursing homes, clinics, and similar entities are exempt from sales tax. Currently, only medicines purchased by hospitals and nonprofit nursing homes are exempt from the tax. Read the Bill »
