Description
Human Anti-Trafficking Act. Creates the Human Anti-Trafficking Act and punishes trafficking in humans for forced labor as a Class 5 felony and trafficking in minors for sexual activity as a Class 4 felony. The measure also provides for civil remedies for the victims. This bill has been incorporated into SB 291. Read the Bill »
