Description

Campaign Finance Disclosure Act. Encourages the State Board of Elections to continue its review of the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act to address issues raised during its review conducted during the 2005 interim pursuant to House Joint Resolution 667 (2005). This is a recommendation of the task force that assisted the State Board of Elections in conducting a review of the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act pursuant to House Joint Resolution 667 (2005).
