Description

Notice to counties, cities, and towns whenever title to modular home or mobile home is surrendered. Requires DMV to make a record of every instance in which the title to a modular home, mobile home, or any other vehicle titled as a trailer is surrendered because it has been placed on a foundation and has ceased to be a vehicle required to be titled, and requires DMV to share this data with local governments.
