Description
Income tax and insurance premiums tax; employer-provided commuting expenses tax credit. Grants an income or insurance premiums tax credit to employers in an amount equal to 50% of the eligible commuting expenses that they pay for their employees. The annual credit shall not exceed $600 per employee or the employer's tax liability, whichever is less, and shall be effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006. Read the Bill »
