Description
Alcohol beverage control; purchasing alcoholic beverages for underage persons. Makes it a mandatory six-month driver's license suspension for any person who purchases alcohol for another person and at the time knows or has reason to know that such person is intoxicated or interdicted, or gives, provides, or assists in the provision of alcohol to a person knowing that such person is under 21 years of age.
