Description
Income tax; in-home health care tax credit. Provides an income tax credit for every individual taxpayer who pays medical and in-home care expenses for family members living with the taxpayer, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007. The amount of the credit is equal to the amount in excess of $10,000 paid for such expenses and that is not reimbursed. Read the Bill »
