Description

Administration of drugs or devices. Authorizes a prescriber to cause drugs or devices to be administered by a medical assistant under his direction and supervision. Current law provides that a prescriber may cause the drugs or devices to be administered by a nurse, physician assistant, or intern under his direction and supervision. Read the Bill »
