Description
Sales and use tax; payments by certain vendors. Repeals, effective May 1, 2006, the requirement that certain vendors make an additional payment of sales and use tax to the Department of Taxation in June 2006. Under current law the requirement would be repealed effective August 1, 2006. The bill has an emergency clause. Read the Bill »
