Description

Firearms on school property; school board meetings; penalty. Extends the prohibition against carrying firearms at schools to school board meetings, regardless of whether the meeting is held on school property. Carrying a firearm at a school board meeting is punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor. Read the Bill »
