Charges for utility services in manufactured home parks. Authorizes manufactured home park owners the same authority as residential and commercial building owners to charge residents for actual utility costs and other reasonable service charges outlined in a rental agreement or lease. Currently, manufactured home park owners are prohibited from charging amounts in addition to the actual utility costs. Read the Bill »
