Description

Comprehensive plan. Adds recreational and sports opportunities as factors to be considered by a locality in the preparation of its comprehensive plan. The characteristics and conditions of existing recreational and sports facilities and future needs shall be studied as part of such preparation. Also, sports facilities and playing fields are incorporated among those items that a locality may include in its long-range recommendations. Read the Bill »
