Description
Income tax; teleworking tax credit. Grants a tax credit to certain qualified employers for eligible costs incurred to provide an employee with the ability to telework, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007. The credit equals 75% of the cost of the initial set-up to enable teleworking for an employee who works five or more days weekly. The credit per employee is limited to $1,000 annually.
