Description
Special license plates; retired members of the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard; retired members of the armed forces of the United States. Authorizes issuance of special licenses plates to retired members of the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard and provides that no fee shall be charged for the issuance of special license plates to retired members of any of the armed forces of the United States.
