Description
Highway funding; revenue-sharing funds. Amends the law governing revenue-sharing funds for highway maintenance, improvement, construction and reconstruction to (i) eliminate prioritization criteria, (ii) allow local government contributions to consist wholly of proffers, and (iii) increase the size of the program from $50 million to $100 million per year.
