Concealed handgun permits; retired law-enforcement officers. Provides an appeal process for retired local law-enforcement officials denied written proof of consultation to carry a concealed handgun. If the chief law-enforcement officer denies the proof to the retired officer, the retired officer may appeal to the attorney for the Commonwealth. Read the Bill »
