Description
Court decree as to property; equitable distribution. Changes the statute to address problems raised in Fowlkes v. Fowlkes, 42 Va. App. 1, (2003). Ensures that separate and marital contributions made to marital assets are all accounted for in the equitable distribution process. Read the Bill »
