Description

Individual income tax credit and sales and use tax exemption; certain energy efficient products. Provides, retroactive to January 1, 2005, (i) a sales and use tax exemption for the purchase of solar energy systems and other energy efficient products and (ii) an individual income tax credit equal to 60% of the expenses incurred for materials and labor of installing a solar energy system, not to exceed $8,000.
