Individual income tax; senior citizen tax relief. Provides for indexing the $12,000 and $6,000 age deduction amounts based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007. Amends § 58.1-322, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
