Motor vehicle sales and use tax; exemptions. Exempts from the motor vehicle sales and use tax cars with an EPA fuel efficiency rating of 50 mpg or greater, and SUV's with an EPA fuel efficiency rating of 30 mpg or greater. Read the Bill »
