HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 33 Offered March 10, 2006 Nominating persons to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia as follows:

Randolph A. Beales, Esquire, of Henrico, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing April 16, 2006.

William G. Petty, Esquire, of Lynchburg, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing March 16, 2006.
