Description
Statewide Independent Living Council and Statewide Independent Living Fund. Authorizes the Statewide Independent Living Council to accept grants, gifts, donations, and bequests. Any moneys received shall be credited to the Statewide Independent Living Fund, created in the bill. The Fund is to be used to carry out activities enumerated in the State Plan for Independent Living, developed pursuant to the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 796 et seq.).
