Mandatory minimum punishment for DUI. Clarifies that in no case shall mandatory minimum punishments for DUI cumulate so as to exceed the statutory maximum punishment for a Class 1 misdemeanor or, in the case of a third or subsequent offense, for a Class 6 felony. Read the Bill »
