Description

Sexually explicit material; aiding and abetting Internet payment; penalty. Provides that any person who intentionally operates an Internet website for the purpose of facilitating the payment for access to sexually explicit visual material that utilizes or has as a subject a person under the age of 18 years is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
