Description

Sex offender registration. Adds to the list of offenses for which registration is required the use of a communications system to facilitate taking indecent liberties with children where, during an undercover investigation, a law-enforcement officer represents that he is under the age of 18. This bill has been incorporated into SB 559. Amends § 9.1-902, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
