Description

Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects; powers; cease and desist orders; civil penalty. Authorizes the Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects to issue cease and desist orders for unlicensed activity.
