Description

Sex offender registry; not guilty by reason of insanity. Provides that defendants found not guilty by reason of insanity or in the custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, or on conditional release on or after July 1, 2007, for an offense requiring registration in the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry must register.
