Description
State medical assistance plan; DMAS to contract with DMHMRSAS for mental health services. Creates a carve-out from the state medical assistance plan and requires DMAS to contract directly with DMHMRSAS for the provision of mental health services in underserved areas, as defined by the State Board of Health.
