Description
Health professions; authority to send laboratory results directly to patient. Allows a licensed physician who orders a laboratory test of any person to request, in writing, that a copy of the report of the results of the test be provided by the laboratory directly to the subject of the test. The subject of the test shall then be considered authorized to receive the report for the purposes of the federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments. Read the Bill »
