Description
Health regulatory boards; summary restriction of licenses. Allows health regulatory boards to summarily restrict the license, certificate, registration or multistate licensure privilege of any person holding a license, certificate, registration, or licensure privilege issued by it, if the relevant board finds that there is a substantial danger to the public health or safety that warrants this action. The board shall schedule an informal conference within a reasonable time of the date of the summary restriction. Read the Bill »
